The weather--HOT
It is Sunday, late afternoon and we just got back from a short walk to the grocery store; all of us sweating like we were running a marathon instead of taking a relaxing stroll. We looked up the weather and found it was 96 degrees but with the humidity it feels like 111! we see you are located on the eastern coast of india. any trips planned to the beaches?

i read a bit of Kent's blog and i believe i saw the office building where Byron is working as well as the conference room, etc. Kent reports they sit 4 to a cube in the office - wow that's crowded!
and speaking of crowded, how is the city? people everywhere? have you gotten to the point where you want a bit of space to roam around in or is everything still new and exciting?
also, how is the sleep schedule coming along? tell us more more more.
one other item - what is Byron doing day to day? just curious for an IT point-of-view.

Well it appears that India is in for a real treat now that the Burke tsumani has landed. The pictures tell the real story - Lily is in charge; Erin is studiously taking everything in; and, Heidi is wondering what the heck is going on with all these pinches. And Dawn - she's in earthly heaven - two cooks and a house keeper - will they every come home?

i can't belice you are staying in india. must be so fascinating!!!! anyway, too bad i won't be able to see you guys when i am coming to kansas in two weeks.

Chennai is a pretty big city. It is very croweded compared to Shawnee but seems much more spread out than my memories of trips to New York City (which has about the same number of people). Here is a link to Wikipedia's article about the city: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chennai
